the GW Store seems somewhat new at this

for Nightfall, you couldnt purchase the game key until the day of release
(from GWStore)

the weapons are worth it to me even tho probably can't access them until you have your GWEN key

the primary reason I want the presale key is for the Preview event

I dont know if its here already posted but i got preorder key....i put it to my acc and it tells me that i will get following itmes:glacial blade bla bla....so i tryed /bonus and only thing i got was faction pre order items :/...so it means that i wont be able to get these items till sneak peak?...and btw

of the North content. Everything that you gain during the Sneak Peak

maybe it will be /special? no idea but if it gives you the faction bonus then maybe they will make it another word? we'll just have to wait and see

Whats the price of the pre-release anyways?! 5 dollars? 10 dollars?

Just ordered the Pre-Order thru the online store myself and have not gotten any access key yet to add to my account. It says I have an un-used Key but will not let me use it ? Guessing they are confirming the purchase yet or it takes awhile ?

If not then the store interface isn't exactly the best user friendly thing they have created. I only purchased it through the on-line store because retailers in my neck of the woods don't have the pre-release and even the larger stores BEST BUY, ect. are just too much of a hazzle to deal with and too far away.

This stinks, I went to a few different stores (Best Buy,GameStop,etc) but no pre-release bonus pack yet and at GameStop I didn't see it on the shelves either. The GameStop website says GW:EN with Bonus pre-release ships on 8/31/07 but if it ships out that day then we won't be able to attend the sneek peek weekend. I'll probably check back in the stores next week.

Does anyone know which stores have the pre-release bonus pack on shelves or will it depend on the location where I live? Btw, I live in the US.

No, the PlayNC store send you an e-mail that has your code in it that you must then enter manually. It's my fault for not digging around to find out all the information first.

(or it's Anets fault for not having clear instructions on guildwars.com, preferring you to plumb the depths of the official wiki looking for clues).

i have several accounts with only one linked to the store

htf am i going to add it to an unlinked account if it is auto linked to store account only?

you get keys to link as you choose. same as every other retail box buyer

that image does not show GW:EN twice. It shows EoTN and the pre-release bonus for EoTN.

You are confusing yourself. The in-game store IS the real GW in-game store, they are both the same thing!

When I login, I don't see the pre-order or the official GW:EN game.

I am kind of suprised we did not receive any kind of response yet as to why people who ordered the box, most did not receive it today ? Is it a shipping issue or something ? Some stores didn't even have a clue there was even a pre-release bonus pack in my area on the east coast of the US. If it is a little late no big deal but atleast someone could let us know what the deal is ?

I just purchased the Pre-Order pack from the online store. Once I had filled in my purchase information and clicked submit, the "submitting transaction" box popped up, and stayed there for a minute or so. Then, I got an error saying the transaction timed out. An hour later I went back to the store to try to purchase it again, and my option to add to cart is grayed out, and in red it says "already added to account". The "Edit Access Keys" menu says I have access to the three items as well as the world preview event, but, the items cannot be created through /bonus, and do not show up in the /preorder list.

So, I guess this means the items won't be coming out until the preview event, or, something went screwy with my, as well as many other people's, transactions.

I want the prerelease box cover more than the bonus weapons. So i'll wait in-store instead of online. But I live in canada, in NF none of the store has it. Hopefully in BestBuy they'll have it :S

Honestly, if you cant really access anything with the pre-release until later, who really cares when it ships ? Not trying to be a pessimist here, but really, does it matter that much if you wait a day or two extra for a key that is pretty much useless?

Pre-ordering from Gamestop snags me a Tabula Rasa beta key, which sounds awesome. Is this offer available at the NC Store or the GW store? Cause like everyone else, I'd like to put credit towards the bonus pack, but I'll fork over my money to GS if the Tabula Rasa beta key is an exclusive.
